Lock-Ins and Live Weekends

For lock-ins, intensives, and live weekends, we do not offer refunds.

Digital Products

We issue refunds for most digital products within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

For our digital documents and planners, we do not offer refunds since it’s not a “returnable” item and is delivered all at once as soon as you purchase it.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

To submit a proper refund request, please email info@vinaygarg.me with your request. We will need to know which product you purchased and at what price. Thank you.
